We'll also send you an email with a tracking number and link once your package has shipped. Please keep an eye on our emails after you place an order.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY SHOES?

Our team normally takes 1-3 business days to pack and ship your entire order. During promotional or vacation periods, your order will be shipped within 5 business days. Most orders are shipped from our warehouse, while a few low-stock or special items are shipped from one of our overseas production locations. Each order has its own tracking number, so you can stay informed about the status of the shipment in real time. Due to the nature of our free shipping, please allow 6-8 business days for your order to arrive.
