HOW CAN I PLACE MY ORDER?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Your order typically arrives within 4–11 business days, consisting of two key phases: Processing Time (1–3 Business Days)
Shipping Time (3–8 Business Days)
Orders are processed Monday–Friday until 5:00 PM (Sydney Time).

Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Costs: Free shipping on all orders, regardless of order value or destination within our service area.

MY TRACKING NUMBER DOES NOT WORK

It may take 1-2 days for tracking numbers to appear in the courier's system. It may happen that the courier loses an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the carrier.
