Are these boots only for winter?

Definitely not! These boots are warm but also breathable, so they are excellent for spring and fall. The stylish but lightweight design allows you to wear them in the snow, rain or even in the sun!

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER THE WRONG SIZE?

Don't worry, this can happen. Return your order and we will send you the correct size at no extra charge. You can email us at support@outbackortho.com to start an exchange.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

After logging into your account, click on “Orders” in the menu on the left side of the screen. Here you can view a summary of your online orders, including order number, item(s) purchased and tracking information.


We'll also send you an email with a tracking number and link once your package has shipped. Please keep an eye on our emails after you place an order.

HOW LONG will it take for me to get my ankle boots?

Our team normally takes 1-3 business days to pack and ship your entire order. During promotional or vacation periods, your order will be shipped within 5 business days. Most orders are shipped from our warehouse in Amsterdam, while a few low-stock or special items are shipped from one of our overseas production locations. Each order has its own tracking number, so you will be informed in real time about the status of the shipment. Due to the nature of our free shipping, please allow 6-8 business days for your order to arrive.
